Business Development / Marketing Executive
(Growth/Campaigns & Promotion/Content & Community)

Marketing team focus on designing strategy and solutions that drive the growth for Yummi Hero. We design user journeys from onboarding, to product discovery, to make purchase decisions. We also work with both internal and external business partners to design solutions that maximise business ROI and operation efficiency.

Job Description:
  • Design products to driving user & seller growth and retention and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Design user journeys to facilitate and encourage users discover products via different channels such as curated product collections, KOL recommendations, chat and social sharing.
  • Design solutions that incentivize users to make purchase decisions while optimizing the cost of investment.
  • Drive operation efficiency by deeply understand the business team's concerns and their workflow and to build innovative solutions that improve business decisions.
  • Work with design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life.
  • Work with business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies to identify high potential sellers.
  • Promoting and encouraging niche sellers to come on board the Yummi Hero platform.
  • Relationship management with key sellers; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship.
Requirements:

Business Improvement & Operation Executive

Job Description:
  • Gathering and analyzing data
    • Interview and observe process participants to gather information adequately to create detailed standard operation procedure.
    • Study documents and reports to familiar with department's operation methods.
    • Eliciting information from process participants on how the processes actually work before documenting.
    • Conducting root cause analysis on operational performance issues. Build up the knowledge base.
    • Identify and mapping all business process, any related activities for process improvement
  • Creating/maintaining SOP & workflow
    • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and training materials.
    • Visualize diagrams and workflow in the form of business process models
    • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
    • Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
    • Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by others.
    • Managing process change.
  • Monitoring
    • Liaise with process owner to monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance.

  • Process Improvement
    • Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Digital Marketing Executive
(Growth/Campaigns & Promotion/Content & Community)

Job Description:
  • Research, analyse, execute and report all digital marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, email, etc. to achieve our marketing goal.
  • Immerse in Digital Marketing trends and brainstorm creatively for marketing strategies with the team.
  • Identify the trends of emerging technologies and analyse the ways to utilise technology to maximise the marketing strategy’s effectiveness.
  • Familiar with the market trends and analyse possible strategy that could be used for digital campaigns.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
  • Supervising, analysing and advising to all forms of design works from designers to maintain consistency in branding and achieve the campaign’s objective.
  • Work closely with colleagues to devise a creative campaign that meets our marketing target and objective.
